Q1: What is "VideoBankerITM"?
A: The VideoBanker interactive teller machine (ITM) allows you to bank from your car. You can complete many of the same transactions as in the banking center and still maintain the personal interactions with the Video Banker on the screen. The Video Banker is an associate of PeoplesBank, although they will be assisting you via video from a remote, centralized PeoplesBank location.
Q2: Why would I want to use the VideoBankerITM instead of going into the branch or using the ATM?
A: The VideoBankerITM has longer hours than the banking center, and it also allows you the flexibility to do more complicated transactions than an ATM including cashing a check, withdrawing exact dollar amounts, and answering any questions. All of this functionality still comes with the convenience of a drive-thru.
Q3: What is different about the VideoBankerITM and the ATM?
A: With the VideoBankerITM you can do almost all the same types of transactions that you can do in the Banking Center with drive-thru convenience.
Q4: How do I use the VideoBankerITM?
A: Tap the screen during normal VideoBankerITM hours and your VideoBanker will begin to help you with your transaction. You will be asked to insert your ID for identity verification.
Q5: What can I do at this machine? Can I do everything that I can do at the drive-thru or inside the banking center?
A: You can do most everything that you can do at the drive-thru and in the banking center with just a few exceptions. For example, you cannot deposit coin, although you can get coin back, and you cannot get an Official Bank Check. There may be limitations on the amount of cash you can get back as well. However, the scope of transactions you can perform compared to an ATM is impressive.
Q6: Are there limits to what I can withdraw?
A: As with all cash dispensing machines, there are limits.
Q7: Will my transaction take longer than it does with a traditional banker inside the banking center or drive-thru?
A: In most cases, VideoBankerITM transactions are faster and even more efficient.
Q8: Will my deposit be processed the same as if I went into the banking center?
A: Yes your deposit will be processed within the same time frame as the banking center.
Q9: Can I cash a check and get the exact amount back?
A: Yes you can cash a check and get the exact amount back, down to the penny.
Q10: Can I put coins in the machine?
A: No, the machine does not have the ability to accept coin.
Q11: Can I get an Official Check from the VideoBankerITM?
A: No, the VideoBankerITM cannot print checks such as official checks, money orders or cashier’s checks.
Q12: Can I make a loan payment at the VideoBankerITM?
A: Yes a loan payment can be made.
Q13: What about privacy? I don’t want everyone to be able to hear my information
A: The VideoBankerITM comes equipped with a chat feature so if you are concerned you can input the information in the chat function rather than speaking it.
Q14: I like going into the branch and catching up with the banking center staff, I would lose this personal touch wouldn't I?
A: You would still have the personal interaction with your video banker. This personal relationship is important to us too. We want our customers to have the flexibility to bank how they want to whether it is in the banking center, at our VideoBankerITM or at our convenient ATMs.

A: Yes. In fact they are local bank associates that are assisting you.
