Does my organization need to fill out the Online Application?
Yes. We would appreciate your cooperation in submitting your request for funding online. Please review our grant guidelines and select the funding focus area that matches your request. The information you provide will help us better assess your request.
What is required for the Application Process?

Error Message "My browser is not configured to accept cookies". What does this mean?
Adjustment to your computer's settings may be needed. Please contact a member of your organization's technology staff in the event that you receive this error message.
What type of browsers support the online application process?
Community Care software supports all modern (chromium-based) desktop and mobile browsers such as the latest version of -
- Apple Safari
- Google Chrome 1
- Microsoft Edge 1 (chromium-based)
What are the focus areas for giving?
PeoplesBank understands that there are many needs in our community. We seek to support organizations and programs that focus on one or more of the focus areas that we believe are critical to enriching our communities.
How many times may I apply?
We typically award only one grant or sponsorship each calendar year.
Is there a minimum or maximum amount of donation?
No
Will I receive an acknowledgement of receipt of submission?
At the end of the application process, you will receive an e-mail confirmation for your new grant application.
When should I submit my request?
To be considered, an organization should apply at least 90 days in advance of the date of the actual program/project start and/or event date.
How will I know when my request has been approved or denied?
We will notify you by phone and/or email.
Will there be a meeting to discuss my request?
We will contact you if a meeting is needed.
Can I copy and paste information from a WORD document?
Yes you may copy information from an existing Word document and paste it into the appropriate text box in the application.
Can I upload an attachment?
On the "Attachments" page of the application, each item has a separate attachment field. ". (The file must be saved on your computer in order to successfully upload to the application.) Locate the appropriate field and click the "Browse" button. Use the pop-up to locate the specific file attachment, select the file and click "Open". Once it is listed in the application's attachment field, click "Upload" to attach it to the application. To remove or modify the file, click "Remove".
Will there be a record of my application?
1. Yes. A confirmation of the Community Care grant application will be emailed to the contact email address provided.
Why was my application declined?
Please understand that the requests we receive for funding greatly exceed our annual giving resources. We sincerely regret that we are unable to fund each request that helps to support a worthy program, our decision does not reflect the value of a program but rather reflects the limitations of our contribution budget.
