- redeveloped on a previously developed site
- recycled 98.84% of demolition and construction materials
- built with more than 21.27% of the building materials containing post-consumer and pre-consumer recycled content
- built with more than 23.93% regional materials and products that have been extracted, harvested or recovered, as well as manufactured, within 500 miles of the project site
- reduced the amount of paved surfaces and pre-treating storm water runoff on site with filtration using landscaped and vegetated rain garden
- installed plumbing fixtures that use 44.9% less water than a non-green building of the same size
- used energy saving HVAC and lighting systems that meet LEED® standards
- created an interior using low-emitting paints, coatings, adhesives, sealants and carpets
- utilized daylight sensors to automatically turn off LED light fixtures to take advantage of natural light
- adopted a green cleaning program that reduces the negative impacts on building occupants and visitors, as well as the environment
- installed individual recycling bins for metal, plastic, glass, paper and cardboard
- enhanced indoor air quality by utilizing high-efficiency air filters, walk-off mats and dedicated room exhaust systems
